Note, these days, contemporary GPUs DO support non-power of 2 (NPOT) textures very well, and without any significant performance penalty. However on older GPU’s there is a risk that NPOT textures won’t be loaded correctly by VisioDevKit, and the texture will appear white as a result.
Verify that the when your texture is loaded, that it’s loaded within the OpenGL thread. If you call the method which loads the texture from a thread other then the OpenGL thread, the the texture won’t be loaded correctly.
